Getting Started with Trainer24 (For Trainees)

Overview

Trainer24 is an application that helps you connect with trainers, book appointments, view training schedules, track progress, and manage packages all in one place.

This guide will walk you through the registration process, connecting with a trainer, and getting started.

Download the App

  1. Open App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
  2. Search for "Trainer24"
  3. Tap Install

Registration

Method 1: Register with Email

  1. Open the Trainer24 app
  2. Tap "Get Started" button
  3. Select "Sign up with Email"
  4. Fill in information:
    • Display Name - Name your trainer will see
    • Email - Used for login
    • Password - At least 8 characters
  5. Select "Trainee" in the role selection
  6. Tap "Create Account" button

Method 2: Register with Social Login

  1. Open the Trainer24 app
  2. Tap "Get Started" button
  3. Select sign-up method:
    • Continue with Google
    • Continue with Apple
    • Continue with LINE
  4. Verify identity through the selected service
  5. Select "Trainee" in the role selection

Note: By signing up, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Initial Setup (Onboarding)

After registration, the system will guide you through 3 setup steps:

Step 1: Personal Information

Set up your basic profile

Required information:

  • Display Name (Required) - Name your trainer will see
  • Phone Number (Required) - Used for identity verification

Additional information (Optional):

  • Nickname
  • Profile Picture - Tap the image above to upload

Tap "Next" button to continue

Step 2: Verify Phone Number

The system will send an OTP code to your phone number

  1. Wait for SMS with OTP code
  2. Enter the 6-digit OTP code
  3. Tap "Verify" button

Note: If you don't receive the OTP, you can tap "Resend" after waiting 60 seconds

Step 3: Ready to Use

Setup complete!

The summary page will show the main features you can use:

  • Book appointments with trainers
  • View schedules and progress
  • Purchase packages
  • Receive and submit homework

Tap "Start Using" button to enter the main page

Connecting with a Trainer

After registration, you need to connect with a trainer to use various features.

Method 1: Use Invitation Code from Trainer

  1. Get the invitation code from your trainer
  2. Go to "Profile" page
  3. Tap "Connect Trainer"
  4. Enter the invitation code you received
  5. Tap "Connect"

Result:

  • You will see the trainer in "My Trainers" list
  • You can book appointments with the trainer
  • You can purchase packages assigned by the trainer

Method 2: Scan QR Code

  1. Ask your trainer to show their QR Code
  2. Tap "Scan QR" button in the app
  3. Scan the QR Code
  4. Confirm the connection

Method 3: From Public Profile

  1. Trainer shares their Public Profile link with you
  2. Tap the link to open the trainer's profile
  3. Tap "Connect" button
  4. Sign up or log in (if not registered yet)

Login

If you already have an account:

  1. Open the Trainer24 app
  2. Tap "Already have an account" button
  3. Select login method:

With Email/Password

  1. Enter Email
  2. Enter Password
  3. Tap "Login" button

With Social Login

  • Tap "Continue with Google" button
  • Tap "Continue with Apple" button
  • Tap "Continue with LINE" button

With Face ID / Touch ID

If you've enabled Biometric Login:

  1. Tap "Login with Face ID" or "Login with Touch ID" button
  2. Verify your identity as prompted

Forgot Password

  1. On the login page, tap "Forgot Password?"
  2. Enter the email used for registration
  3. Tap "Send Reset Link" button
  4. Check your email and follow the link received

Main Screen Overview

After logging in, you'll see the main screen with 4 tabs at the bottom:

Change Language

The app supports 2 languages: Thai and English

How to change language:

  1. Go to "Profile" tab
  2. Tap "Settings" or the gear icon
  3. Select "Language"
  4. Choose the desired language

FAQ

Q: I selected the wrong role as "Trainer"?

A: Contact support through "Profile" > "Send Feedback" to request a role change.

Q: Invitation code from trainer doesn't work?

A: Invitation codes have a limited validity. Request a new code from your trainer.

Q: Can I connect with multiple trainers?

A: Yes, you can connect with multiple trainers simultaneously.

Q: Can't see trainer after connecting?

A: Try Pull to Refresh on the Dashboard or close/reopen the app.

Q: Can I disconnect from a trainer?

A: Contact your trainer or support team to disconnect.
